Why is there no display on my computer after I installed the driver?

1. Please check whether the data cable is plugged in tightly or if the port is loose, causing the display issue even after installation.
2. The computer must recognize and install the printer driver before displaying anything.

Why are my shipping labels printing small and not aligning correctly?

Please ensure that you have selected the 4x6-inch format on the platform you downloaded your labels from, not the 8.5x11-inch format. Adjustments can be made by downloading the labels again to ensure they are correct.

My printer keeps feeding paper but does not print anything, and sometimes it shows Chinese characters. What's going on?
